Privacy Policy

This application (panel.mohammadcfz.com) is a private administrative panel used solely by the account owner. All Gmail accounts accessed through this panel are owned and managed exclusively by the admin. No external users can register, log in, or interact with this application unless explicitly authorized.

The panel provides buttons to “Edit” or “Delete” accounts in the system. The Delete button removes the account’s data from our internal database only. No data from the user’s Gmail account is modified or deleted. The Edit button allows modification of administrative metadata within our system and has no effect on the user’s Gmail account.

The application requests access to certain Google APIs to manage Gmail accounts and Google Cloud resources. The scopes requested include, but are not limited to:

All accessed data is used exclusively for administrative management of accounts owned by the admin. No Google user data is sold, shared, or used for advertising, analytics, or any third-party purpose.

Raeisi Email Manager Pro retains Gmail data only in read-only form and solely for as long as it is necessary to manage authorized accounts. Data remains stored in the database until the admin manually deletes the associated account. OAuth tokens and credentials remain active unless the admin revokes or deletes the account.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When data is no longer needed, it is permanently deleted or destroyed in a secure manner.

Administrators may delete an account and all related data at any time using the “Delete” option within the system. Users may also request deletion of their data by contacting the admin via email. Upon deletion request or action, all stored data within our system is permanently and irreversibly removed.

OAuth tokens, credentials, and all sensitive information are securely stored on the server. All communications are encrypted via TLS. Access to these credentials is strictly limited to the designated admin and authorized technical personnel.

Security procedures and encryption are implemented to protect the confidentiality and integrity of Google user data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
